  1. Can Payment be made by Cash or by Cash deposit machine?


All payments must be made ONLY through the options given at the checkout page which are:

  • Online Banking
  • Credit card via Paypal

We do not accept any form of cash payment either in the form of CASH during Self Collection order OR CASH VIA CASH via cash deposit machine.


  1. Can customers place orders via Whatsapp or email?

All orders must be made ONLY on our website at and no orders via Whatsapp or other medium is allowed.

An order becomes officials once we received it via our website.


3.Can customers have cash refund for the received/defect fabric?


Refund would be in the form of store credit for your future purchase. You are advised to submit your complaint via our email within fourteen (14) days from date of invoice.

Complaints via whatsapp or other social media medium would not be entertained.


  1. Can customer gets cash refund for stock discrepancy?


LT will provide a cash refund for stock discrepancies as follow:

  • The ordered fabrics is out of stock in our store but it is stated otherwise in our website
  • Technical glitch in our website that resulted in the stock discrepancy.






5.Is there any discount for fabrics more than 10 meters?


You would be given a special discount package if you purchase more than 10 meters of the same fabric (even mix colours) in 1 invoice. You are able to see the discounted price below the fabric name.


6.How long does it take for customers to receive items ordered?

Depends on the area of delivery.

Normal process time:

1 + 1 day                     -           packing

1 day                           -           collection by distribution agent

1 day                           -           delivery

*day = working day

Please note that the normal process time would be longer during our sales campaign due to long order queue.


7.What courier do we use?
Nationwide Express is our distribution partner.

Once you receive the tracking number via email, you would be able to follow up on your delivery via:

  1. Calling Nationwide Customer Service at 1-300-222-777
  2. Check via online at and type your CN number there.


  1. How to ensure the correct colours before customer proceed with any purchase?
    Some colours may vary based on the device that customers choose to view the product.

  1. Can you self-collect your orders?



Customer who choose the self-collection options should do the followings:

  1. Select store pick up
  2. Wait for an email or whatsapp notification from Laila Textile once the item is ready for pick up
  3. Customers must pick up their item within SEVEN working days at our head office as follows:

10.Can Laila Textile cut the fabrics according to body measurement?


Fabrics are cut to length specified in your invoice.

We do not cut the fabric based of specific body measurement.

If the orders are more than 30 meters for the same colour, we will ship the item in one roll.


11.Why are the colours different on every device?
Resolution of screen on each mobile and desktop is different hence the colour varies.

Please refer to the answer provided in question No. 8.

The video tutorial will provide you the step by step instruction on how to purchase our fabrics online.

14.Can customers come to Laila Fabrika to feel and choose the materials themselves?

You are welcome to drop by our store to view and feel the materials that you like.

You may use a PC that we have standby in our store to submit your order online via our website at


15.How does store credit work?
We will provide you a notification via email once your store credit is approved.

You can use or redeem the amount of credit store given in your next purchase.

The store credit has no expiry dates and can be used to purchase any kind of fabrics available on our website.


16.Can customers change or cancel the placed orders?


All submitted orders are FINAL.

It is not replaceable and cannot be cancelled. Only fabrics that has defect on it can be replaced after customers notify us via email.


17.Can customers edit their shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us within the same day of your order.

We are unable to change the shipping address once your order is collected by our distribution agent.
